Tee shirts are guaranteed if you sign up by May 1, 2018. We’ll order extra but shirts are not guaranteed after the 1st.
Events do not have to be done in order. You can participate individually or form a 3 person team. There are several alternatives available to you and your teams to complete the Ironman:
Swim 2.4 miles or attend a 45 minute water exercise class (record 0.5 miles per class)
Bike 112 miles or track your miles on the elliptical machine or rowing machine
Run or walk 26.2 miles or participate in a 45 minute Yoga, Pilates, Body Flow, TRX, Zumba or Body Pump (1 class=1.5 miles per class)Prizes will be awarded to the first individual male, individual female and first team to complete and return their tracking sheets. There will also be a prize the best team name.
All proceeds benefit Prancing Horse Center for Therapeutic Horsemanship. Our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals with special needs by providing a safe environment for therapeutic horsemanship.
